We work with a variety of stone resin materials for different applications - including the original and renowned Corian® solid surface and our own exclusive stone resin Mineral Stone®. 
We also craft our products from a vast range of marbles from around the world, in solid oak, lacquered wood, premium sanitary grade acrylic and our innovative translucent resin.

Of course, we're very happy to send up to three samples of our materials free of charge. This includes the almost 100 shades of Corian®, our vast range of marbles and the various wood finishes we offer. Samples will be shipped via regular postal service from our offices in Valencia, Spain. See our Material Swatches page.

Riluxa products are available exclusively online, through Riluxa.com. We've chosen this model as it allows us to manufacture to order with a streamlined production process, and also responds to increased demand for furniture tailored to individual requirements. And it's the reason we're able to offer incredible rates for the most high-end bathroom materials and workmanship.

We're also happy to send samples of our materials and our Design Advisors are always available to help answer any questions you may have about our products. 

At Riluxa, we pride ourselves on taking care of every last detail. As well as the personalised service you would expect from a luxury atelier, we include everything you need as standard, so you won't discover any hidden extras!

- Riluxa Basins that require a plug are equipped with a click-clack waste (in Corian®, Mineral Stone® or chrome) and mounting brackets are always provided for wall hung sinks. And when you choose bespoke customisations, like tap hole drilling or moving the bowl to exactly where you want it, that's all included. Consult with your installer to select the appropriate screws and wall plugs for your specific wall type and usage. 
- Riluxa Bathtubs are supplied with everything you need for immediate installation, which means a click-clack waste bath plug, waste connector, bath trap and flexible pipe.
- Riluxa Furniture: all wall-mounted furniture comes with the highest quality metal hanging brackets from Italy as standard. 
- Riluxa Shower Trays: our shower trays come equipped with a stylish shower grate or drain cover, according to the tray's design. We also include a slimline horizontal shower waste with a high-quality siphon design that's easy to install and a pleasure to use. Fast-flow vertical wastes are also available upon request.

Yes, we also offer a range of In-stock products that normally ship within 48 hours. If you need an item urgently, it may be possible to organise express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact one of our Design Advisors directly to explore your options.

Depending on their material, our products have different care guidelines. You can find complete care guides for all items on individual product pages.

The vast majority of our products are made to measure and can be customised to your needs. This includes custom sinks, vanity units, bathroom cabinets, bathtubs, shelves, shower niches, shower trays and mirrors, where you can have a piece built to your exact dimensions, choose the material, the number of sinks, their position, etc. You'll find the options within each product's description or contact one of our Design Advisors to discuss your needs.

Customisation always starts with choosing your preferred model. Next, you personalise your piece for your space, choosing dimensions, materials, tap positioning, etc., either online at Riluxa.com or by phone with one of our Design Advisors. 
We'll send you a quote by email (usually within 48 hours), including a technical plan based on your requirements. This is the stage to review the drawing and request any changes if necessary. Once you're happy with the technical plan, you simply sign off the document, make part payment and your order will be sent straight to production. The production process itself typically takes 5 weeks.

Certainly! We are always delighted to receive bespoke product commissions. Whether it's to bring to life your vision for a bathroom cabinet, create a uniquely shaped bathtub for a difficult space, or develop a bespoke bathtub mould for a large-scale commercial bathroom project. For bespoke designs, we work closely with each client on every detail and keep you in the loop at every stage of production.

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped (for in-stock products) or before it has been sent to production (in the case of made-to-order pieces). In-stock products are usually shipped within 48 hours and you will receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch. For made-to-order products, your item will be sent to production as soon as your order has confirmed, at which stage you'll receive an order confirmation email.
It may be possible to cancel or modify an order after a product has been sent for production but this is not guaranteed and would need to be checked on a case by case basis. In such circumstances, please contact our support team or your Design Advisor.

Payment can be made securely either by debit or credit card, which will be processed through the Stripe platform, or via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards. On a per country basis, several additional local payment methods are also available.

Information is encrypted employing Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the latest industry-standard encryption technology. This ensures that all your personal information (including credit card details) is encrypted and sent securely when you place an order. All credit card payments are processed through the payment platform Stripe. No payment details are shared with Riluxa and none of our staff can access these in any way.

We've chosen to work with a range of materials with the strongest environmental credentials, making them ideal for eco-friendly commercial and residential building projects. The majority of our materials contribute directly to a range of green building rating systems. 

Corian® is widely recognised for its sustainable credentials and has been certified by numerous third party authorities for its environmental performance. These include the material's inherent repairability, its recycled content and transparent and responsible sourcing. As well as being Greenguard Gold certified, Corian® is the only solid surface to have achieved the prestigious Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certification, both of which guarantee the lowest level of VOC Emissions. 

Specifying Corian® for your project contributes towards US LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) points, as well as helping to achieve BREEAM® certification. Corian® also contributes to the international WELL™ V1 and WELL™ V2 building standards, and the German DGNB system, and is an accepted material by the Byggvarubedömningen association across Scandinavia. 

We work exclusively with FSC and PEFC-certified wood, which contributes to several green building programmes, such as LEED, BREEAM® and DGNB credits. Additionally, our adhesives and wood sealants meet the most stringent environmental standards, and contribute to all of the above mentioned green building rating programmes.
